- is received in a tempered or leaking condition.
- Does not match the product description on our website

You may request an exchange if:
- You received the wrong product
- You wish to exchange for a different variant (size/colors)
- The product has a manufacturing defect

Eligibility Conditions
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
- Product should be returned with the original invoice or order details.
- Returns/Exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
- For perishable or edible items, returns will only be accepted if the product is found defective or unsafe.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Products opened, used, or consumed.
- Damage caused due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective or incorrect).
- Gift cards and promotonal items.
